GIFT CARDS info

Cookbook Restaurant offers 2 kinds of gift cards:
PHYSICAL - available for pick up at the restaurant or mailed to recipient ( additional fee required for postage)
ELECTRONIC - can be delivered via email at desired day with your design choice.

Our gift cards are redeemable in the house dinning and for online purchases. They will never expire.

Once you have purchased an electronic gift card, there should be an email in your RECIPIENTS’s inbox where he/she will find a 16-digit code which will be required for use. If you/your recipient still can’t find your electronic card, please e-mail orders@cookbookketchum.com and we’ll get back to you within 3 business days.

Cookbook Restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for purchases only. Unused value remains on card and cannot be redeemed for cash, but can be used for tips.
