As our name suggests, we are not tied to any particular cuisine. Our menu is a reflection of what we love to eat - artisanal pizzas, fresh salads, savory soups, tasty pastas, local meats, vegetables and fish, Ukrainian favorites, wines from islands and our friends, our favorite beers, cookies and cakes and treats for dessert.
All reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance exclusively through Resy.com or this website, cookbookketchum.com. If a particular night is full, we highly encourage you to go to Resy.com and get on the ‘Notify’ list. As soon as there is an opening or cancellation, you will receive an email to make a booking. Lots of people end up with their reservations this way.
You may cancel or change your the number of people in your reservation 24 hours without penalty. Within the 24-hour period, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLING THE RESERVATION OR FOR ANY CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF GUESTS IN YOUR PARTY. The cancellation fee is $50 per person. You agree to all these terms when you confirm your reservation on Resy.com.

We love pooches! Unfortunately, the terms of our lease do not allow dogs on our premises. Real life service dogs with papers excepted, of course!
One of our owners, Vita, was born and raised in Ukraine. Many of the Ukrainian dishes on our menu are from her mother and grandmother.
We have a bunch of offerings - take and bake pizzas, fresh pasta, marinara, bolognese and vodka sauces, as well as take and bake cookies and frozen Pelmeni dumplings. These are available at Atkinsons’ Markets in Ketchum and Hailey and The Village Market in Ketchum.
Yes we do! Our wine list is focused on wines from the Old World, Islands and our friends. We have about 20 wines available, most served by the glass. We are happy to give you tastes of wines to help you decide your wine for the evening.
