If it’s Tuesday - Saturday, please read below for streamlined orders:

We do ask all of our customers to order takeout online. You can order any time of the day and request a time for pick up (between 5-8:30pm). Please arrive to Cookbook at the time you requested and come in to pick it up.

Please look though our current menu below. It can be downloaded, printed or viewed on your screen.
Note: we do change things daily, based on availability of fresh products and ingredients. When you are ready to order, please click ORDER HERE below.

Each dish comes with options to add/subtract some ingredients. If you are looking to add something special and don’t see it online, give us a call or text us at 208 720 3260 OR leave us a note at the checkout field.

ORDER FOOD FOR LATER

If it’s Sunday or Monday - we are closed, BUT you can get our par-baked and vacuum-sealed pizzas, fresh pasta, sauces, dumplings and desserts at Atkinsons’ Market ( in Ketchum or Hailey) or Village Market in Ketchum.

Currently we offer 15 different wholesale items that can be sold individually as well.
We are happy to make a special order of any of the items below, once you fill out this order request form.
